Harvest Festival
Join us for the last potluck of the growing season at the Mid Shooks Run community garden!
As the gardening season comes to a close, join us for a festive Harvest Festival Potluck at our community garden! It's a time to rejoice in the fruits of our labor, share stories, and revel in the camaraderie of our gardening community.
Garden Cleanup & Winter Prep - Saturday
Join us as we come together to remove debris, fallen leaves, and decaying plant material from each bed. We’ll also turn compost piles, enrich beds, and apply a layer of mulch to protect the soil from freezing temperatures and prevent erosion. Lastly, we’ll turn to the garden infrastructure: secure structures, remove stakes and cages, and drain store hoses.
